Registration Fee

Entitlements

*All payments will be charged in New Taiwan Dollar (NTD). The exchange rate is tentatively set at 30 NTD equivalent to 1 USD. The fees in US Dollar (USD) are for reference only and might be slightly different from the above table due to the effect of exchange rate fluctuations.

Online Registration (Early-bird and Regular Registration)

• Participants are highly recommended to register for the congress individually via Online Registration System at the congress website before 23:59, 30 June 2023 (GMT+8)
• To be entitled to the Early-bird registration rates, payment must be completed before 23:59, 30 June 2023 (GMT+8). Otherwise, the payment will be changed to Regular rate.
• The congress has the right to remove the abstracts/papers from the program if the author fails to register or complete the payment before23:59, 30 June 2023 (GMT+8).
• Student registration is available to students who can submit proofs of their student status, e.g. valid student ID card.
• Trainee/Resident/PGY registration is available to trainee who can submit proof of their status by their mentors or organizations.
• Registration is only valid upon receipt of the full payment.
• Payment must be made in New Taiwan Dollar and the payment could only be made with credit card. Please note that applicants will take care of all bank charges incurred.
  • Only International Credit Cards of Visa, Master and JCB are accepted.

Notification of Online Registration Process

A notification would be sent via email from the online registration system to confirm your application. If you are not receiving the email, please contact the Registration Office before you try to register again.

Confirmation of Registration

A confirmation of registration will be issued upon the receipt of your completed payment. However, registration without the relevant supporting document and full payment of registration fee in the designated deadline will be altered as Onsite registration by the Congress Secretariat.

Letter of Invitation

Participants may request the invitation letter from the Congress Secretariat. The invitation is issued only for the purpose of entry visa application and is not a commitment from the IAOP 2023 organizers to provide financial aid to any applicant or their accompanying persons. Expenses incurred are the personal responsibility of the applicant.

On-site Registration

The deadline for Regular Registration is August 1, 2023. All registration and payment received after this date will be considered as Onsite Registration and processed on-site.

For On-site Registration, only payment via Cash (New Taiwan Dollar) is accepted.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

The refund is only applicable if the IAOP 2023 is cancelled.

Disclaimer

Every attempt will be made to present the program as printed. However, the IAOP 2023 reserves the right to alter or cancel, without prior notice, any of the arrangements, programs or other items relating directly or indirectly to the Congress, for any cause beyond its reasonable control. The IAOP 2023 secretariat is not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused as a result of such alteration. In the event of cancellation of the Congress all pre-paid fees will be refunded in full. However, the IAOP 2023 secretariat is not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused as a result of such cancellation. 

Insurance

Participants are advised to take care of their own travel and medical insurance and to extend their policy to cover

personal possessions as the Congress does not cover individuals against cancellation of bookings or theft or damage to their belongings.
